We recently completed a fantastic landscaping project for a family seeking a low-maintenance yet functional outdoor space.

After an initial consultation, the clients gave us full creative freedom to design a garden that would meet their needs while keeping upkeep to a minimum. The result is a beautiful, family-friendly garden that balances aesthetics with practicality.

The main goal was to create a versatile space for the family to enjoy, and we focused on using materials that would require little maintenance but still offer durability and style. To achieve this, we selected porcelain paving for the patio area, which provides a sleek, modern look while being easy to clean and maintain. The use of artificial grass also contributed to the low-maintenance design, offering a lush green lawn without the hassle of mowing or watering.

One of the key features of the garden was the installation of a dedicated play area for the children. To ensure safety and comfort, we added a rubber foundation under the artificial turf. This extra support underfoot provides a cushioned surface for the kids to play on, making the area both safe and enjoyable.

The garden itself presented a challenge due to its uneven and sloped terrain. To overcome this, we created a split-level design, utilizing porcelain step features that allowed for easy access to the upper section of the garden. This design not only added visual interest but also made the space more functional for the family.

Finally, the porcelain patio area became a space for the family to relax and entertain outdoors, all while staying true to the low-maintenance vision.
